School fees are due at the beginning of the school year during our registration week (Aug.23-26 / 3pm to 7pm). Should you require to make payment arrangements please contact Corinna at 819-684-7472 ext.2130 or by e-mail at cabraham@wqsb.qc.ca
Parents are asked to come to the school to pay school fees, pick up transportation information, beginning of year directives from administration and complete medical forms during the registration days taking place August 23rd - August 26th. For parents who pre-pay either by mail, fax or online information packages will be mailed to you as soon as transportation has been received from the school board. You are asked to please complete the forms and send them to school on the first day of classes to the attention of Corinna Abraham (office 130).

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS USING PAYPAL:
We are pleased to announce that again this year we are accepting student registrations online. Parents who prefer to use this method may request an electronic version of their invoice and make their school fee payment using Paypal.
Parents who register their children online will receive the transportation information, beginning of year directives from administration as well as the information forms that need to be completed and sent back to school on the first day by mail. Paypal will provide you with a receipt at the time of your payment. We will include an official school fee receipt with your information package(s) for your records.

MESSAGE FROM SCHOOL:
Please note that we do not receive transportation information from the School Board until mid-August. All online registrations will be processed once we have the complete package to send including transportation arrangements.
Online registration is only available to parents of returning Symmes / D'Arcy McGee students and/or parents of Cycle 3.2 (Grade 6) students who will automatically be promoted by our feeder schools (Eardley Elementary, Lord Aylmer Elementary and South Hull Elementary). Parents of students transferring to our school from out of province or from a school outside of our regular catchment area must contact Anne Spear at (819) 684-7472 ext. 2118 for an appointment to complete the registration process.
The fees associated to each student's account are specific to the program and courses of the individual student. As such fees are not set at a specific amount and varies from student to student. Parents may request a copy of their child's detailed statement of account at any time by selecting the option below. Upon request a statement of account will be sent to you by e-mail the next business day.
