Memorandum September 23, 2018
To: Parents/Guardians: Symmes Junior High-D’Arcy McGee High School

In light of the tornadoes that hit our region on the weekend, I am providing you with the following information. Please do not hesitate to touch base with me in the event you have any questions.

  • I am aware that we have families whose homes have been damaged by the tornadoes on Friday, however I likely am not aware of all who were affected. Please send me an email or call me at school if you were affected, as we would like to provide whatever support we are able to.

  • Our school is open, and all of our school buses are running as normal on Monday, September 24th . Buses #5 and #201 will alter their respective routes (turnarounds at rue Souliere and rue Davis) however all students will be picked up.

  • Philemon Wright-Hadley is closed tomorrow, as the school sustained damage; we are not impacted, however.

Thank you,

Health Forms

Dear Parents,

The attached Health Form was distributed to all students today.  Please ensure that the form is completed and returned to Ms. Pilon (room 118) at school.  If you prefer, you may complete the form electronically, print, sign it, and have it returned.  Thank you for your cooperation, as it is imperative that we have the most up-to-date information for our students.
